0.05 mm stainless foil contacts and shielding frames with ±0.01 mm pitch accuracy, absolutely burr-free to avoid piercing insulation film during assembly.

Our solution

Cleanroom foil handling with vacuum tables, double-side registration exposure and a gentle low-pressure etch profile, followed by stress-relief annealing and laser flatness verification.

The outcome

• Tooling cost eliminated versus progressive stamping
