Ordering custom etched parts

Yes. We provide custom chemical etching services based on your 3D/CAD drawings, PDF files, or samples. Simply send us your design, material requirements, thickness, and quantity, and our engineers will review your project and provide a quotation.

Yes, sample costs depend on the part complexity, material, and quantity. In many cases, sample fees can be credited toward your mass production order.

Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the product specifications. We support both prototype orders and high-volume production to meet different project requirements.

Prototype production typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the design complexity, material availability, and production schedule.

Mass production usually takes 2–4 weeks after sample approval. The exact lead time depends on the order quantity, material, and manufacturing requirements.
